It’s been hot this year, how are you all doing?
We have prepared a dish to go with the hot summer.
Spaghetto “fresco” with 3 types cherry tomatoes,
basil and mozzarella di bufala.To cool the handmade spaghetti and bring out the sweetness of the pesticide-free cherry tomatoes from Hokkaido (from “Giudobebe” in Biei, Niki Town, and Sunagawa), serve it at a low temperature without cooling it too much and combine it with the creamy Italian mozzarella cheese (mix well before eating).
